Paul Meuli Retires

20 November 2017

Paul has decided to retire after 40 years in the HR space, and 33 years as a practising consultant.  After completing a Master of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington he joined Winstone Limited in 1977 and went on to become the Group Industrial Relations Manager. He left in 1984 to become one of NZs first independent consultants in the field.

In 1990 I persuaded Paul to join us and Teesdale Meuli Limited was formed. In the heady days that followed the business grew rapidly as the “go to” place for change solutions.

Paul returned to his roots in New Plymouth in 1996.

A person of the highest integrity and always a gentleman, never one to lose his temper or be unpleasant in any way despite the intense pressures of industrial relations situations, Paul gave clients really great value.  We appreciate his contribution to the business over so many years and wish him a long and happy retirement.  No doubt he will have more time for his family, not to mention the East End Surf Lifesaving Club and the Tukapa Rugby Club where he has been a stalwart for so many years.
